Once you’ve placed your order with us, delivery is swift and reliable. For Indian customers, orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days, while international deliveries take 9-12 working days.

Made-to-Measure and Made-to-Order garments take approximately 2-3 weeks to be crafted and dispatched once production done.

You may return most new, unopened, or unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for Made -to-Measure and made-to-order garments unless it is not as per measurement shared by you.

All products must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order in their original condition, with all protective materials in place & tags attached to them. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

For example, we will not accept the following circumstances:

• The item(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed.
• The item(s) have been altered from their original condition.
• The item(s) have been returned after the 7 day window.
• Protective materials have not been returned e.g. shirt packaging such as clips and shirt board.
